If the relief pressure measurement value is lower than the specified value, it indicates that the overload relief valve setting value of the hydraulic circuit of the mechanism is incorrect, resulting in premature overflow of the mechanism and weak work. Then the machine can be adjusted by turning the adjusting screw.

② Excavation powerlessness and engine holding. Engine holding indicates that the absorbed torque of the oil pump is greater than the engine output torque, resulting in engine overload. This fault should first check whether the engine speed sensing system is normal, the inspection method is similar to the engine inspection method described in the previous section. 1. Engine.

Oil, oil filter absolutely must be used genuine factory parts, according to the specified maintenance cycle replacement. Older machines need more careful care, oil filter replacement time can be shortened as appropriate, in order to make the engine life longer.

Diesel fuel as far as possible to use the regular gas station to provide, even if the regular gas station to add diesel fuel, do not directly into the tank, join before filtering (more commonly used method is in the refueling mouth socks). Put water at the bottom of the diesel tank and oil-water separator before starting work every day. The air filter element should be checked frequently, and the outer filter element should be blown from inside to outside with compressed air, and the air pressure should not be too high to prevent the filter element from being blown out. The inner filter should not be cleaned. After cleaning the outer filter 2 or 3 times, replace it with a new one at the same time as the inner filter.

Do not use the idle speed for a long time in order to save fuel and prevent the accumulation of carbon.

2. Hydraulic.

Replace the hydraulic oil, return oil filter element and pilot element according to the prescribed maintenance cycle, and pay attention to whether the filter element has adsorbed iron chips and copper chips.

When using the crusher, the hydraulic oil deterioration and deterioration accelerated, the replacement cycle should be shortened.

Do not work without oil for a long time.

After replacing the hydraulic oil or hydraulic parts, pay attention to expel the air.

3. Electrical.

Pay attention to waterproof, do not wade into deep water operation, do not use water to flush electrical parts directly when doing cleaning.

Do not pile up debris in the battery box, especially metal tools, etc., easy to start a fire.

Do not use wire and copper wire instead of insurance, and do not replace the insurance with non-standard.

4. Machinery.

At the same time there is another reason is that the gasoline engine as a high-speed heat engine, not quite meet the needs of the excavator conventional constant power control system. Medium and large excavators in the “standard” (S) and “fast (F)” mode of work, the use of variable control system, so that the diesel engine fixed speed in the rated power speed (lower speed) stable work, this speed to save fuel, and this working condition has a certain This speed is fuel-efficient and has some advantages similar to stepper motor, that is, the output torque changes without much change in speed. Carbon deposits are dense carbon oil compounds. Method 1: Mechanical grinding method

The easiest and most straightforward method for carbon deposits is to mechanically polish them using tools. You can use a wire brush, bamboo or emery cloth to wipe the carbon deposits. For carbon deposition on specially shaped parts, special tools can be used. This method is the most common method of carbon removal because it is efficient, effective and does not cause damage to the parts.

According to statistics, only about 20% of the engine output becomes the effective work of the excavator.
