Small wheel excavator pressure drop causes

A small wheeled excavator is a type of excavator that is typically used in construction, landscaping, and other industrial applications. These machines are typically powered by diesel engines and feature rubber tracks, allowing them to travel on soft surfaces. Small wheeled excavators come in a variety of sizes, ranging from mini to mid-sized models. They are equipped with various attachments, such as buckets, rippers, and grapples, to help them complete a variety of tasks.

Reasons for pressure drop of small wheel excavator

The filter on the excavator is dirty, the filter is clogged when repairing the shovel, and the supply pressure is insufficient.

(3) The thrust bearing of the hydraulic torque converter of the small wheel excavator and the iron powder due to abnormal wear of the thrust ring cause the distribution valve in the valve assembly to jam and the internal oil to flow backwards.

(4) The valve stem of the distribution valve in the valve assembly of the mini wheel excavator is worn and releases the internal pressure.

(5) The ball bearing and thrust bearing of the gear set of the mini wheel excavator are abnormally worn, causing the iron end particles to block the distribution valve, resulting in internal oil backflow.

(6) Abnormal wear of the needle bearings of the pump assembly of the mini wheel excavator causes the driven gear to deviate slightly back and forth during operation, resulting in fluctuations in the oil supply.

(7) The pump body and pump cover of the shovel pump assembly are in contact with the driven gears of the main shovel and shovel, and the oil in the cavity is drained.
